At the Belvoir and Sedartis hotels, we are continuously committed to increasing guest satisfaction and our economic success. We know that success can be a short-lived affair if we do not consistently deliver on our promises to guests. Characteristics such as responsibility, respect, determination, professionalism and a constant focus on our guests demonstrate the behavior we live by and expect from our employees.

The code defines what is important to us. It includes how we treat our guests, describes how we work together and internal communication within the company. It also regulates our conduct towards our suppliers and neighbors.

Our host principles and management principles are key guidelines for this.

Our decision-making processes are deliberately kept short so that we can act agilely and flexibly at all times.

Both hotels are managed under the same roof, thus creating and promoting synergies.

We set ourselves ambitious economic goals so that we do not stand still and can continuously improve. The satisfaction of our guests is always at the center of this.

We want to constantly improve and develop our attractiveness to current and future employees. We are constantly looking for new ways for our hotels to improve processes and employee assignments. We are active, proactive and creative.

The management principles we live by are the basis for achieving our goals.

In order to improve and develop ourselves, we are constantly training ourselves and our employees. Every employee regularly takes part in internal training courses. From the second year of employment onwards, we support external training courses such as wine tasting, special cooking courses, area managers, NDS, etc.

It goes without saying that all provisions of the current L-GAV (National Collective Labor Agreement) are complied with. In principle, annual salary adjustments are made on an individual basis. Such wage adjustments depend on annual inflation, the individual performance of the employee and the current course of business.

Our guests and their satisfaction are our focus. We meet the expectations and requirements of our guests and always offer them sustainable added value with our services. We offer innovative and guest-oriented services that guarantee continuity and constant improvement with our defined quality standards.

The defined processes make day-to-day work easier and ensure that everyone can rely on the defined standards. The continuous improvement of all our processes is a prerequisite for our employees and partners to perform at their best.
