About Nick Hegner
Nick Hegner has successfully completed his apprenticeship as an EFZ chef at Hotel Sedartis. He not only perfected his craft with great dedication and pleasure, but also developed his passion for cooking. His passion for cooking developed through his sister, who is also a chef. “I often cooked with my sister, and it was through her that I even considered becoming a chef,” says Nick. A taster day confirmed his decision and ultimately led him to his apprenticeship at Hotel Sedartis.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends or going to the gym with his twin brother. His enthusiasm for cooking and his commitment in the kitchen set him apart.
We are proud to have been part of Nick’s career start and look forward to following his progress.
