Rooms Division Manager (m/f)

Your Day-to-Day Life with Us:

• Together with the department managers, you lead the front office and housekeeping teams and ensure that operations run smoothly
• You’ll help shape the digital transformation at the hotel, test new AI tools, and integrate them effectively into our processes
• You are responsible for the work schedules and ensure that your team is deployed in a cost-effective manner
• They are regularly present in the front office and on the operational shifts themselves
• You provide warm, personalized, and professional service to our guests
• They recruit, train, and mentor their employees, including interns and apprentices
• They handle guest concerns and complaints and find practical solutions
• You are responsible for room sales and revenue management, and you keep an eye on occupancy rates and average room rates
• You ensure that quality and service standards are maintained throughout the entire lodging area
• You help plan the budget, monitor costs, and manage resources responsibly

What sets you apart:

• You are a host or hostess by conviction
• Completed training in the hospitality or tourism sector with additional training in front office operations
• Several years of experience in the hospitality industry and initial leadership experience
• Proficiency in using reservation systems (Protel or similar) and GDS platforms
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; any additional languages are a plus
• Organizational skills, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to work
