What does the court mean to you?
A quickly prepared, simple and yet very tasty dish. I love spinach and I love cheese, I always find the combination interesting.

What connection do you have to the court and why did you choose it?
As a lover and maker of capuns, I always have chard in the garden. I can harvest it as a spinach substitute when I have a chard glut. I always have everything I need in the fridge. So I can also cook this delicious dish spontaneously when there’s not much else around.

Who do you prefer to cook for?
For my family and always for guests. Sometimes it can be a little more elaborate.
