During your training, we rely on the many years of experience of our professionals, mixed with the latest findings and changes in the industry. In this way, we accompany you professionally on your way to your federal certificate of proficiency.

- Learners are specifically challenged and supported according to their own strengths and weaknesses. If necessary, they can also attend remedial courses.
- In the 2nd or 3rd year of the apprenticeship, an exchange of experience lasting at least one month is organized in the partner company.
- Before the summer vacations, we organize an exciting and entertaining trainee excursion with the management and department heads.
If you are interested in an apprenticeship, the following procedure applies:
- You apply for a trial apprenticeship
- After our invitation, a two-day trial apprenticeship takes place
- If you and we are still interested, please apply for the apprenticeship position
- A second trial period of five days is arranged to get to know each other better
- We arrange a parent meeting during the second trial appointment
- Mutual decision-making

As a hotel housekeeping specialist, hotel rooms and public areas are your domain. You are responsible for ensuring that our guests feel completely at ease within their four walls.
What you can expect
You are responsible for ensuring that guests feel comfortable within their own four walls. Your area of work is varied: you will take care of cleaning, laundry, decorations and breakfast service. You will also work closely with reception and support your colleagues in their tasks.

As early as the second year of your apprenticeship, you will be given major responsibilities and will be able to work alone at reception after the introductory period. It is therefore important that you are already 16 years old when you start your apprenticeship. A gap year after school with a language course will provide you with the best conditions for this.
